Appearance: small, skinny girl, with dark short hair. She wears a white wrapped tunic with black braces and small skirt thing. Fights with 2 blades attached to chains which are rhythmically swung (can be used like poi or rope darts), she also carries a short sword

History:
Originally born in a large trading town somewhere in the Fire Country. When her mother fell seriously ill and was taken to hospital Satsuki was forced to live with her elderly Grandmother who was far too old to take care of the young girl. Satsuki often had to survive relatively independently and developed a mature personality for her age. However, far from being downcast, Satsuki delighted in life and was the first to approach a dirty young man on the street who was juggling. The man happened to be Luin (see above character) a Konoha Shinobi who was on a mission spying on a smugglers gang. Satsuki visited Luin everyday as he pretended to live on the streets. He learnt about her life and conditions, often bought the girl food and over the course of the mission, grew attached to the special little girl and whilst making sure she was fed and safe, tried to help her family life. Finding Satsuki's mother near death in the hospital and her Grandmother unable to care for a child, Luin convinced Satsuki's mother to turn her over into his care. Accompanying her new 'brother' back to Konoha, Satsuki decided to try and emulate her brother by joining the Shinobi academy.
Happy with her new life in Konoha, Satsuki is a delightful girl to be around. She is always concerned with others and optimistic and upbeat in all aspects of life. She desires to ensure that other people never have to go through the pain and loneliness she suffered in her childhood.
As she developed in the academy she was well liked by many other students, she tried to befriend those who we’re not as strong or who were shy or otherwise left out. Whilst most liked her, she was never short of enemies and her vicious temper could always see her become angry and violent towards the bullies or towards uncaring mean people.
Eventually she graduated the academy and was placed in a Genin team under Nikihane Shouta’s leadership and alongside team-mates Hyuuga Hanabi (who was 2 years younger) and Inuzuka Kegawa.

A year and a half after graduation Satsuki’s team are entered into the Chuunin exams. Before the exams the groups training intensity is increased and Shouta recruits Kagai Luin to aid Satsuki. Driven by a desire to beat a new rival from Takigakure, Satsuki makes great improvements to her jutsu.

How they come into play: Arrives in Konoha with Luin following one of his missions and enters the academy.

Uses shadow chakra to propel the user over a distance almost instantaneously (has even better movement than her brother).

Supaaku Menosameruyou (Stunning Spark)
Type: ?-rank, Offensive, Range(1-20m)
: Creates a small amount of white sparks in the hand that are fired out and stun/dazzle the enemy. (Weaker version of Stunning Storm)

Raito jushou (Light Ribbons
Type: ?-rank, Offensive, Range(1-30m)
Satsuki's newest Jutsu is recently developed for her upcoming Chuunin exams. Creating strands of light chakra in the air Satsuki creates the appearance of dozens of dazzling, swirling ribbons in the air. As the jutsu is focused light in the surroundings is sucked into the ribbons making everything dark. The light both dazzles and disorientates the enemy but can also be given hard properties by Satsuki if she concentrates her chakra into them. The ribbons can then be used to wrap around the enemy to restrain them, or to block attacks or even to strike.
